Elvira is the president of the Ukrainian Canadian Congress (Vancouver branch) and an active public figure who has worked at the intersection of social advocacy, community development, and business for over 20 years.
International expert in the field of human security and social change. Manager of over 20 regional projects of integrated community development in Ukraine and abroad.
In Canada, she is a co-founder and coach of several business projects that combine the values of sustainable development, partnership, and female entrepreneurship.
Elvira is a leader who creates a space of trust, support, and new opportunities for the Ukrainian community in Canada. Her experience is a unique combination of working with international organizations, businesses, and local initiatives.

Evgenia Kostya
Evgenia is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in managing commercial properties in Kyiv. She is the owner and manager of the dental clinic "Mak-Dent", which has been operating on the Ukrainian market for over 9 years.
After moving to Canada, Yevgenia founded the cleaning company Macclinas in Vancouver, where she successfully applies her experience and entrepreneurial thinking in new realities.
Today, she actively supports the development of female entrepreneurship abroad, helping Ukrainian women adapt and open their own businesses in a new environment.

Iya is a professional with over 20 years of experience in media, public communications, and political PR.
She began her professional career in radio and television, and later founded her own full-cycle PR agency in Kyiv. In recent years, her specialization has been in the field of political PR - creating strategies, anti-crisis solutions, and image campaigns.
Has many years of practical experience participating in election campaigns at various levels: from local to parliamentary and presidential.
Today, Iya helps people and brands build honest and strong communications, be heard, understood, and influential in their environment.
